Inauguration of the training on ‘Solar Drying Fruits and Vegetable Processing on 12th March 2024

A ten-day training programme on ‘Solar Drying Fruits and Vegetable Processing’ began on 12^th March, 2024 ag VRO Youth Skill Development Centre at Perecherla. The training has been conducted  in collaboration with COWE (Confederation of Women Entrepreneurs), Andhra Pradesh chapter. Rev. Fr. Velangani Raju SJ, Operational Director, VRO presided over the inauguration and Sri. Srimannarayana, Director, Pyecare Solutions, Mangalagiri was the Chief Guest. Sri. Hanumantha Rao, Director, SS Systems, Smt. Vijayalakshmi, Secretary, COWE AP Chapter, and Smt. Suseela, EC Member, COWE AP Chapter were other guests. During this programme, around 35 rural women will be trained in processing the solar drying of fruits and vegetables with hands-on learning of the processing.
